A pancake café situated inside a remodeled townhome and former tea house in Higashiyama, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. This popular café is an embodiment of the owner’s unique tastes, who was deeply impressed by the flavor of American pancakes and decided to open up shop. The café’s fluffy pancakes, made with fresh local eggs, have a unique, original flavor that goes well with a heaping dollop of butter and maple syrup. The shop’s meal-style pancakes, topped with things like prosciutto and cream cheese, are also well-reviewed. The Japanese-style interior has a somehow nostalgic and soothing atmosphere.

Lovely little spot to enjoy western style pancakes in a very Japanese setting in the old district of Kanazawa. We will surely return!
