    "A confectionary shop located inside the Hirado Bussankan on National Route 383 in Iwanoue-cho, Hirado City. The shop makes and sells ""Kasudosu,"" a confectionary whose recipe was conveyed to Japan from Portugal some 460 years ago. The establishment continues to make these tasty treats according to a recipe which uses castella cake dating to this time, and which for many years was kept a closely guarded secret by the Matsuura clan, the then-rulers of Hirado. These traditional confections have also been given to the former emperor and empress consort."

    11月の土曜日に利用しました。何回か店の前を車で通過したのですが、行列で駐車場にも入れなかったのであきらめていました。今回は11時くらいに駐車場に入り、一番乗りでした。2人で刺身定食800円と煮魚定食900円、あと焼きカキ500円を1個ずつ注文しました。カキは少し高い気もしましたが、十分身が詰まっていて、満足しました。豪華ではないですが、値段以上に満足できました。

    Located along Holland Shokan Street, this Japanese and Western-style confectionary store, renovated from an old townhouse, sells a variety of cakes and baked goods, including "kinako rolls" made with homemade bean paste and "Hirado Hirame Sable," which is named after the Hirado Hirame Festival.

    ケーキや焼き菓子がありました。食べる場所も時間もなく、名物の焼き菓子ほか、クッキーなどだけ買って帰りました。どれも美味しかったです。

    Wonderful place albeit a little on the costly side but when you get confectionary of the quality that they make and sell I suppose paying that little bit more ensures that you get the best. It also...

    平戸に来ると車で前をいつも通る場所ですが、今回初めて立ち寄りました。駐車場は十分な広さでした。海鮮品が主ですが、手軽にいろいろと選べます。のりの佃煮とあごのふりかけを買って帰りました。
