"A multinational bistro restaurant. The restaurant's name is derived from the word ""nomad,"" and just as this implies, the establishment offers a free-roaming menu of dishes not beholden to any one genre or country made with Kobe beef and vegetables grown locally in Nishi Ward. Every month, the restaurant creates special dishes with a focus on such diverse areas as the Caribbean Sea and Peru, ensuring customers can enjoy something new each time they visit. The establishment also puts great effort into its wine selection, and customers can choose from a variety of wines perfect for their meal on the spot."

"A Japanese pub located about five minutes north of Sannomiya Station. Located in the downtown area lined with its various restaurants, they serve Japanese seafood dishes. Their specialty, Gin Shari cooked rice, has a lustrous sheen and a sweetness that will bring a smile to your lips. Their ""Ginshari Masters,"" by testing a single grain of rice with a bit, can judge how best to wash the rice, how much liquid to use when cooking it, and how best to adjust the heat. The cooked rice is made into rice balls and wrapped in a bamboo sheath. It can be taken to go, too. Don't miss their super-fresh fish that's been salted with salt from Awaji and dried overnight."

Hyogo prefecture stretches from the north coast to the south coast on the western end of the popular Kansai region, encompassing verdant mountains, urban beaches, and fantastic historical sights. The prefecture’s main attractions lie along the south coast at Kobe, the prefectural capital, a pretty harbor city best known for its production of the renowned Kobe beef, and Himeji, the home of Himeji Castle, one of the country’s most beautifully preserved feudal castles, perched magically atop a hill.
