"A Japanese pub located about five minutes north of Sannomiya Station. Located in the downtown area lined with its various restaurants, they serve Japanese seafood dishes. Their specialty, Gin Shari cooked rice, has a lustrous sheen and a sweetness that will bring a smile to your lips. Their ""Ginshari Masters,"" by testing a single grain of rice with a bit, can judge how best to wash the rice, how much liquid to use when cooking it, and how best to adjust the heat. The cooked rice is made into rice balls and wrapped in a bamboo sheath. It can be taken to go, too. Don't miss their super-fresh fish that's been salted with salt from Awaji and dried overnight."

三宮から北に5分ほどのロケーション。網焼きとご飯がセットとなっているのがオススメでかなり満足度が高い。網焼きの魚やお酒も種類が豊富。最後のご飯もとても美味しくオススメのお店です。

こだわりの旬のお魚、銀シャリ師が炊くお米。お魚を目の前の備長炭で焼くので少し煙は我慢して！焼くのもスタッフ方がお願いするとお手伝いしてくれます。おなか一杯になります。ご飯が残るとおにぎりにしてお持ち帰りできます。

飲み会で利用しました。あまり来たことのないエリアで、バーとかキャバクラっぽいのがひしめくあたりです。でもレストランの中は、そんな雰囲気は0で、和の大人な隠れ家的でした。飲み放題なしの一人3500円のコースで、一夜干しと焼き野菜のセット、つき合わせと米が選べる白ご飯と明太子がついてました。いまだかつて一夜干しをおいしいと感じたことはなかったのですが、ここの一夜干しはジューシーで、すごくおいしかったで...
