They're well known for their Karami-Soba where chilled Echizen-soba noodles are served with a broth made from their homegrown spicy daikon radishes. You can enjoy the perfect harmony of the feel of the soba, the spiciness of the daikon, and the scent of the dried skipjack. Their menu also includes udon noodles and rice bowl options.

    自宅のそばにこんなお店が在れば毎日食べに行くだろうなぁ〜と思います。良心的な価格に美味しそうな献立あれこれ。辛味そばが爽やかに食を進める。旅の途中の昼ご飯はとても良き思い出になりました。前日蕎麦通が行きたがる篠山の田舎の十割そばと比べて、食べる側の客が主体とする店こそ明日も訪ねたいお店と思いました。

    R27沿いにある丸亀製麺です。12時過ぎに入ったのですが店内はほぼ満席、しかし12時50分位に出るときにはガラガラでした。最近出来たばかりなのか店員のサーブに問題があります。他の丸亀製麺に比べて出てくるのが遅い。だから客がが集中する時には対応出来ていないのかも。カレーうどんを頂きました。味は他と遜色ないので改善した方が……
