"A shop operated by Miso Manju Honpo Takeuchi located in Tatsuruhama-machi, Nanao City. The shop's simple miso manju steamed buns consist of homemade an pasted created with select, Hokkaido-grown white kidney beans in a miso-flavored dough. A renowned Noto area favorite, the light, not-too-sweet flavor is popular with men as well as women. The shop takes pride in the fact that you can never tire of this flavor no matter how many of its buns you eat. The shop sells other sweets, as well, like the ""Fukkura,"" a soft puff pastry filled with a moderately sweet cream; and the bite sized ""Jojomochi"" rice cakes filled with a sesame seed sauce."
