- This seafood restaurant directly operated by a veteran marine product processing company is located about 15 minutes on foot from JR Wakkanai Station. The most popular dish is its Urokoshi Rice Bowl that's been featured in the media. This hearty and sumptuous seafood bowl features eight types of fish and shellfish selected according to the season and the day's catch. In addition to the Wakkanai specialty Tako Shabu, they offer thinly sliced ??fresh mizudako octopus from Soya that after a quick dip in hot water seems to melt in your mouth. You can try your hand at making Hokkaido specialties like squid shiokara and ichiyaboshi dried fish at their factory on the premises. Reservations are required.
