On the way from Toba to Shima on the Pearl Road, this seafood restaurant is right in front of the Ijika Fishing Port. Guests enjoy hearty cuisine with plenty of seasonal seafood like sashimi, grilled, stewed, and fried dishes. Their Iso Tenko-Mori Set Meal comes highly recommended. It features fish both fried and boiled, small side dishes, and a huge helping of raw sashimi. The menu may change depending on what's available. This seafood restaurant is about 20 minutes on foot from Isuzugawa Station. For 27 years they were called Shiroi Hashi and focused on oyster cuisine in Toba City. They moved, changed their name, and re-opened in their current incarnation in 2011. Their fried oyster set meal with oysters procured from the farm by the proprietor himself comes particularly recommended. Their sweet and tasty Japanese tiger prawns and black tiger prawns are huge. You should definitely try them with their house tartar sauce made with Ise onions. Its popular with kids, too.

A great place for seafood. The oyster is excellent. Must try the premium set. Cannot believe there are more than 15 piece in the set. So full and yummy.

This restaurant about a three-minute walk from the Kintetsu Line's Ujiyamada Station specializes in Japanese kaiseki banquet cuisine. You can try dishes that include the bounty of the sea off of Iseshima and Ise mountain vegetables that have been used in their local cuisine from ages past. This seafood restaurant is directly connected to Kintetsu Railway's and JR's Toba Station. With the concept that fish is best raw! they offer fresh local seafood dishes. One recommended menu item is their sashimi set meal that following this concept using fish purchased that day from Toba, Shima and Minami-Ise. An ama hut is where female divers rest when not out fishing. You can chat with active divers and eat freshly caught seafood. Reservations are necessary and can be made for groups of at least four people by telephone or online. There are separate courses for lunchtime and dinnertime. It is recommended that you should come for lunch if you want to fully enjoy the seafood, and come for teatime in order to enjoy chatting with the divers. In addition, you can also order Japanese spiny lobster at a special price during lunchtime. In addition, there are commemorative photographs you can take with the divers, and you can try on the traditional diving gear called isogi.

I had good sea food. It was very fresh. I enjoyed wonderful conversation with AMA,woman diver. They could speak easy English.
