    地名のついたうどんは ほぼ その土地まで行って食べた。五島うどんは今回初めて。ここは工場隣接の食堂。期待が多すぎたのか うどん事態に特徴がなく あごだし だろうけどあまりそれを感じない。工場で作っているところが外から見られるが 手綯いうどんも 今やフルロボット。稲庭うどんも一部そうなのはわかっているけど ちょっと残念。

    五島うどんを食べようとなり訪問しました。ごぼ天うどんとミニかつ丼セットを頂きました。うどんは喉越しが良くツルツルうどんで美味しかったです。かつ丼も出汁が良く美味しいかつ丼でした。

    福江港の一階にある五島うどんの店です。半分は立ち食い、半分はカウンター席になっていました。午前８時半ぐらいに港に着きましたが、開店していて助かりました。五島うどんは麺が細く、あごだしのスープがとてもおいしかったです。

    11：00-14：00 だけ開店している食堂です。おばちゃんがとても温かく、気さくな方です。体の調子が悪かったり、心が寂しいときなどに行きたくなる店です。おばちゃん曰く、「なんか、体調が悪くなるとみんなうちに来たがるみたいね」だそうです。本当にそんな気になるお店です。

    バスガイドさんが、「ここは五島うどんのお店でも三本の指に入るおいしいお店です」と言っていたので、期待して入りました。うどんは生卵とあごだしの二種類のつゆで食べるのですが、だしのおいしいこと。だしとうどんを買って帰りました。おすすめです。
