    初めて行きましたがオーダーの仕方が分からなく立ち尽くしました。まさか自分で麺を茹でるとは！おつゆはどうするの？とか超戸惑いました。味はとても美味しかったです。店舗がちょい汚いのが残念です

    松山空港に行く途中に始めて行きました。平日ランチ限定の特別価格になっているメニューもあり、コスパはなかなか。肝心のうどんは、手打ちでコシもありなかなかのものなのですが、太麺好きの私には悲しいほど細い！好みの問題ですかね。

    ミシュランの星を獲得したお店と聞き、行ってみました。 人気店だけあって開店と同時に,10数台は止められそうな駐車場がすぐにいっぱいになりました。 お店の佇まいもお洒落で、蕎麦のお味もよく、天ぷらせいろの海老2本もお得感があります。ただ個人的に、関東の「並木の藪」のような濃いめのたれが好みなので、丁寧に出汁をとっているのはわかるのですが、どうも素麺を食べてる気がしていけません...

Stretched across the northwest corner of Shikoku island, Ehime is a nature-rich prefecture boasting beautiful coastlines and a rural center where mountains play host to 26 of the Buddhist temples that make up the Shikoku Pilgrimage.
