- This ninja museum in Iga Ueno Castle's Ueno Park boasts the best ninja collection in the world. Composed of the Ninja House, Ninja Experience Hall, and Ninja Tradition Hall, they showcase real ninjas with a concept of bringing ninjutsu into the present. The Ninja House itself was built by a local Iga clan, and under the guidance of a kunoichi (female ninja), you can check out its contrivances like trap doors, escape routes, and revolving walls. The Azura ninja group's breathtaking shows and the shuriken throwing program are also popular. So is the shop selling ninja related items.

- This aquarium was designed around the concepts of creating a sense of zero distance between visitors and animals, and making contact through handshakes. The aquarium holds a diverse array of events which allow visitors to play with seals lions, spotted seals, and other marine animals. During walrus walk time, visitors can also take a commemorative photo up close with a walrus. The aquarium is divided into different themed areas, including a fish hall, marine mammal square, and sea lion hall. In July 2020, a new dedicated seahorse exhibit and cafe-themed UOASIS exhibited were added.

This aquarium is not so big,but really nice aquarium! Many kinds of fish, we can see them close at hand. Of course you are not able to touch them. But you are like in the fish world.

- Located in Toba City, this is Japan’s largest aquarium. Appropriate of its catch phrase “Japan’s largest number of species bred” the aquarium is home to approximately 1,200 species of animals. The aquarium has 12 zones that come close to natural environments, and one characteristic is that there is no prescribed viewing route. The aquarium has Japan’s only dugong, a sea creature which served as a model for the mermaid legends, and along with the manatees is a popular animal to see. Moreover, the museum not only features aquatic animals but also displays animals that live close to water such as capybara. The humorous show featuring sea lions and walruses is a must-see.

You can also see a fully reconstructed ancient elephant known as the Mie Elephant, consisting of the oldest fossils to be discovered in Mie prefecture. - This sculpture museum is located a five-minute walk from Kintetsu Sakakibara-Onsenguchi Station. It was opened by Takegawa Yujiro in December 1987. The 1,300 sculptures on display are from ancient to modern times, and all of them were brought to Japan from the Louvre Museum in Paris. You can enjoy sculptures from the Louvre while still in Japan. The exhibited works are molded directly from the actual sculptures, so everything from their size to every scar is exactly the same. You can fully appreciate the many famous pieces that line the museum and appear in textbooks.

- "In this museum, you can learn about the distinctive features and history of the area's traditional danjiri festival floats. The museum displays three danjiri floats used in the Ueno Tenjin Festival, an autumn festival held in Iga City's Ueno district which has been added to the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list. Three 300-inch screens in the museum display videos of the festival, enabling visitors to experience a realistic atmosphere and the noise of the festival through high definition imagery. The museum also has an area recreating the festival's ""Procession of Demons,"" a highly unusual event unlike almost anything else in Japan, and no matter what time of year it is, you can enjoy the spirit of the festival. There's also an area where you can try on ninja garb, and a shop selling local souvenirs and specialty products from the former castle town area of Ueno, Iga City."

- Located a five-minute walk from Kawaramachi Station on the Kintetsu Nagoya Line, Banko no Sato Hall is a venue for displaying and selling Mie Prefecture's best-known pottery, Bankoyaki. In addition to galleries that explain the history of Bankoyaki and the techniques used in producing it, there is also a shop where visitors can select from a wide array of Bankoyaki pottery, as one would expect in the area of the style's origin. The studio on the first floor offers instruction, everything from a one-day pottery making experience to a full-fledged regular pottery course. Visitors can also try painting pottery to create a souvenir that is uniquely their own. On the second floor is a restaurant, Nijiirodo, where a chef prepares daily lunch specials. Reservations are recommended, since quantities are limited.
