    とにかく時間がかかる。昼食で最低2時間。メニューが豊富といえば客にはいいかもしれないが多すぎて厨房が困る。ニューベルクイジーヌを期待したが昔のフレンチだった。出身レストランの桃のスープは別料金で期待したがガッカリ。従業員も丁寧でサービスは良いがもっと経営的には工夫ができるはず。

Here you can enjoy yoshoku dishes like menchi-katsu breaded mincemeat cutlets and omelet rice covered with a rich demi-glace. The restaurant's salads, served with homemade dressing, are made with fresh, local Karuizawa vegetables, and customers love their crisp texture."

    旧軽井沢銀座にある洋食屋さんです。通りから少し入ったところにあります。だいたいランチメニューで１５００円くらい。ビーフメンチカツにデミグラスソースがたっぷりかかった料理をオーダー。めちゃくちゃおいしいです。そのほかオムライスやハンバーグもあります

    タイトル通り接客が悪いです。対応にも融通が効かず、説明は一切なく、ダメの一点張りでした。こちらも丁寧に話してるので、もう少し説明等いただければ、納得出来ることもあったと思うのですが… とても残念でした。

    蓼科といえばペーターさん。ハム、ベーコンを買うならここがイチオシ！信州には多くのベーコン屋さんがあるが、ここはちょっと一味違う香ばしく滋味あふれるベーコンが美味しい。家で野菜と炊いたら絶品になる。裏庭で遊ぶ子ヤギのユキちゃんに挨拶して気持ちも和む。因みにユキちゃんは僕が勝手につけた名前なので、悪しからず。アルプスでペーターといえばヤギはユキちゃんだと思って(笑)

    久しぶりにいきましたが、美味しかったですね。 特に自家製パンセットはパンが食べ放題です。 このパンとパスタや他の料理を組み合わせて頼むのがいいですよ。 料理もボリュウムあるので若い方にもお勧めです。 昔のファミレス風店内で、ゆっくり食事を楽しみたい方はどうぞ。
