    This soba shop, open since 1912, hand-makes soba with select ingredients. The dashi broth they use has not changed since the beginning. It's in a remodeled kominka (old Japanese-style house) private house that is 130 years old, and in addition to tables they have traditional open-hearth rooms that preserve a sense of history. We recommend the Shotaro Kaiseki meal, with an appetizer, steamed dish, soba crepe, and soba noodles.

    お目当ての有名店が早々に完売で閉めてしまい、途方に暮れていた所、観光案内所の人がこちらを薦めてくれました。新型ウィルスの影響か、土曜の昼下がりもすいていましたが、その分落ち着いてゆったりおそばを楽しめました。田舎そばの天せいろは、蕎麦の香りも良く、こしもあって好みの風味でした。添えられた天ぷらもどっさり。店の方も明るくフレンドリーでした。

    南砺市福光にあります、私はここのそばが好きで片道1時間かかりますがよく来店します特に茅葺御膳これは天然おおえびと季節の野菜天麩羅、それに合鴨と焼きネギの南蛮汁で食べるたまりません、金沢から来る値ありますうまいですね。

    丸亀のうどん屋さんのように、うどんを取って天ぷらを取って、レジで会計するといったセルフのお店です。 細いツルツルした氷見うどんっぽい麺で私的には一番好きなうどんです。 天ぷらもサクサクです。 店内も清潔感あります。トイレもキレイです。
