    羽根つき餃子を食べに行きました。初めてなので、楽しみにしていました。先ずはビールと羽根つき餃子を注文。カリッとした羽とビールの相性が良かったです。パクチー入りの水餃子も注文し、パクチーの香りを感じながら頂きました。イカの炒め物と酢豚、これらの料理も美味しくて紹興酒が進みました。中華料理は食べ応えがあり、お酒にも合う美味しい料理です。また、食べたいと思います。

    A renowned Chinese restaurant located in Kamata. The restaurant's signature dish is its jiaozi (gyoza/pot stickers), which are served crispy and stuck together fresh from the pan. The shop's bright red logo, a jiaozi dumpling taking flight on its crispy wings, is affixed to the glass entrance door. The shop's jiaozi are very flavorful and require no extra dipping sauce. Due to the restaurant's popularity, it is frequently featured on television and in magazines. In addition to jiaozi, Huanying puts great effort into its other menu options, and diners can enjoy delicious, authentic Chinese cuisine here at reasonable prices.

    窓際の席には二人席で利用する場合、仕切りがあるので絶妙に距離が近くなります。カップルにはいいのでしょうが、、、(笑) コスパは良かったのですが、この手の焼き肉屋さんでよりコスパに訴求したお店が増えてきたので、相対的に見た場合、そこまでコスパが良いとは思えません。

    昔ながらの街の中華屋さん、日替わりのセットメニューと定食があったりと普段使いに最適。 だからこそ、飽きの来ない定番メニューが美味しい。 麻婆豆腐の定食もいいですが、お薦めは酢豚の定食。 程よい甘酸っぱさがいい感じ。酢豚が食べたいときに裏切らない味です。 お昼にメニューに悩んだとこは酢豚にしています。

    蒲田駅周辺には、金春、ニーハオ、歓迎、春香園と餃子のおいしいお店が多いですが、金春の焼き餃子が一番好きです。金春新館はJR蒲田駅から少し離れた所にあります。今回、焼き餃子、酢豚、エビのチリソースなどをテイク・アウトで注文し、買い物をした後に、取りに行き、自宅で食べました。温めることなく、そのまま食べましたが、おいしくいたただけました。

    コロナの影響で時短営業中。閉店間際に訪問しました。 とりあえずの『蜂の巣の和え物』と『焼餃子』を注文。 ハイボールは濃いめでも食事に合いました。 『水餃子』は8つあったので、美味しいけどお腹いっぱいになりました。 又食べてみたい餃子でした。
