    Metzgerei is a German word for a shop that specializes in processed meat products such as ham and sausage. This shop with a cute exterior located along the Yamate-kansen Road sells handmade bacon, terrines, and other charcuterie as well as different western-style side dishes every day. The shop's European-trained owner even participated in a contest to decide France's best charcutier (processed meat product specialist) as a special guest competitor. Also popular are the shop's grocery items sure to brighten up your dining table such as their black olive and herb liver pates and their Banshu Hyakunichi chicken terrines, a quintessential autumn dish.
