The Kobe Artistic Confectionery is located in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture and has been featured in the media several times. Toshiaki Fukuhara has been recognized by the city of Kobe as a “Kobe Meister,” and many of his cakes have a distinct “Kobe flavor” that doesn’t exist in France or Germany. There are several cakes made with seasonal fruits, and each is deliciously sweet and large. There are also items only available at this shop. There’s a cafe on the second and third floors, where you can enjoy coffee, sweets, and food items.

    安くて美味しいので人気店。ボックサンといえばロールケーキだが、ソフトクリームも美味しい。スタッフも感じが良く、こういうコスパがイイ良心的なお店にはお金を落としていきたい。

This is a cheese and cheesecake specialist in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, and in its simple modern Western-style interior is enshrined a statue of Kannon. The Denmark cheesecake, long loved in the streets of Kobe, is a blend of raw cheese said to come from the oldest recipe. Each one is an exquisite masterpiece, boasting a fresh-baked texture and rich-bodied flavor. The alcohol-free mild cheese fondue is also popular, with flavors including curry and basil. The cheesecake is also available for takeout.

This is not the “usual” cheesecake that most people are familiar with. It’s melted Denmark cheese on a sponge cake. Nevertheless, the cheesecake is delightful and easy on the palate. There are no...

The shop's most popular item is the ""Koyama Roll,"" a roll cake which was created during the grand champion tournament on TV Tokyo's ""TV Champion."" This bakery, resembling a Showa period street stall, is filled with unpretentious, reasonably-priced breads. The bakery's signature An-shoku bread consists of a fluffy and cream bread dough made with fresh cream and mixed with a proprietary coarse anko paste made with azuki beans from Hokkaido. This bread has a novel texture and its flavor is designed to suit Japanese tastes. The Matcha An-shoku, An-shoku made with matcha powdered and black soybeans from Tanba; and the High Milk-shoku made with an abundance of buttermilk, are also popular.
