This Japanese-style confectionery is about eight minutes on foot from JR Fukuchiyama Line's Kaibara Station. The renovated thatched roof shop is housed in the former residence of an Oda clan vassal that was built over 150 years ago. Their cafe offers cake, pastries, and meals featuring local Tamba ingredients, and has a prominent wood-fired oven. The popular lunch set comes with a juicy roasted meat dish, and a roti or a pizza of your choice. Their Tamba Satoyama Pudding made with locally produced eggs and milk comes recommended.

食べたかったかやぶきを食べることが出来ました。甘すぎず、本物の丹波栗を味わえます。土曜に行ったのですが、カフェは夕方に行くとほぼ入れないかと思います。確実にカフェに行くなら、早めに行って待たないとダメかと。

三ノ宮、元町に何店舗かあるようですが、電車移動前に、さんちかの店舗にて購入しました。冷蔵ショーケースの中にも、美味しそうなのが沢山ありましたが、日持ちしそうなものをお土産にしました。

The restaurant serves a variety of unique takes on the simple style of pancakes served by mothers to their children in the American southeast. In addition to chocolate banana, cinnamon apple, and other sweet pancake varieties, the restaurant also has savory pancakes which go great with a salad like bacon and onion and margherita. A confection-themed tourism facility located five minutes drive from the Tannan Sasayamaguchi interchange on the Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway. Unique, Tamba-style sweets, such as the popular, Japanese-style black soybean and matcha roll cakes, are sold here and no place else. At the cafe operating out of the renovated former Kobe City Waterfall Station, which was moved to this location, visitors can enjoy seasonal cakes and a cup of tea alongside a view of forest and lake. The German building offers fresh, oven baked pizzas, German beer, and sausages. Visitors can also visit a mountain villa moved to the facility which once belonged to a wealthy merchant, as well as an old-fashioned Japanese-style thatched roof home.

この時期、毎年ボタン鍋を食べるついでに立ち寄ります。今年はコロナの為か、本館の食事処と、裏のドイツ館は休業中です。昔みたいな賑わいは無いですが、土産物は豊富に揃つてます。

A Belgian waffle specialty shop located inside JR Sannomiya Station. The shop's sweet, aromatic fragrance wafts in the air around the central ticket gate. From buttery, honey-flavored plain and chocolate waffles to seasonal waffles, the shop offers a wide selection of waffles fresh off the press that are crisp on the outside and moist and fluffy on the inside. The waffle and whipped cream sandwich series is particularly popular. The shop's pearl sugar is right from Belgium, while the shop's secret waffle ingredient, a pinch of salt, is sea salt from Kudaka Island in Okinawa Prefecture.

Walked past this store, bought some waffles and is suprised how good it tasted. Even after half day put in bag, it still taste good. Another waffle left in bag and had it the next day, still taste...

They also have dairy-based shaved ice they call ""Snow Ice"" with a fresh texture and soft serve ice cream made with rich Hokkaido milk. 店內有很我造型的巧克力，有工具箱常會出現的螺絲起子、板手真的超逼真的，但店裡面更令人風狂的是迪士尼卡通裡小熊維尼的蜂蜜罐，真值得買回去收藏，另外這件店還有在大阪的關西機場有設櫃，所以建議要買回國當伴手禮的可以到機場再購買，夏天比較部會擔心會巧克力會融化的風險喔。
