    This is a long-established Chinese restaurant founded in 1933 located in Naniwa Ward, Osaka City. Shumai (steamed meat dumplings) wrapped in thinly cooked eggs, which is said to have been devised when flour could not be obtained post-war (WWII), is a specialty. The deliciousness of pork and the sweetness of onion from Awaji Island are exquisitely blended and the soft and juicy texture of the shumai is a traditional gem sure to please the most discerned diners. The restaurant also offers a variety of dishes such as spring roll wrapped in thinly cooked eggs, sweet and sour pork, and chop suey.

    A large flashy billboard marks the location for this restaurant, Osaka Ohsho gyoza restaurant, on Dotonbori street. On the first floor at the Standing Gyoza Bar you can find gyoza and beer at a better price than most other places. At the front of the shop is a take-away window with a space provided to eat if desired. The second and third floors present a restaurant space where you can enjoy gyoza packed with non-pungent Japan grown garlic that you can enjoy with friends and family. Space is available for parties as well.

    KEMURI-YA & FLOWER which serves genuine Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine at reasonable prices, opened as an authentic Chinese restaurant and bar in 2005. Ebimayo (shrimps in mayonnaise), dandan noodles, boiled gyoza (dumplings), and sweet and sour pork are particularly popular dishes, however if you want to try many different kinds of food then the course menu is recommended. It is approximately seven minutes on foot from Kintetsu Nippombashi Station.

    なんばから日本橋に行く途中にある中華料理店。平日20時まではハッピーアワーでドリンクが安く、料理も美味しい。店内も広く、コロナ禍でも安心して食事ができる。6名ぐらいの人数で食事するにはちょうど良く、コスパも抜群で安く飲むことができる。

    The set menu is great. We choose the 10000 JPY per person menu and had 7 courses. Reservation is required. This restaurant is very popular for local business visitors and couples.

    背脂がなく、トッピングが海苔でなく紅生姜とゴマなら麺も細麺のストレート麺なので博多ラーメンですが、博多ラーメンに背脂ギトギトにし、トッピングを独自にしたラーメンという感じです。 基本的にラーメンのトッピングに海苔は苦手なので、海苔がなければ月1くらい行っても良い味でした。
