This large park is located on the western edge of the Yuto-cho district. Primarily a sports park, in addition to tennis courts and a baseball field, facilities also include an expansive grass field, pool area, and multipurpose ground. The park's outdoor pool area, known as Kamezaki Family Land (only open in summer), is replete with four different types of pools. The area's 120-meter-long lazy river, and its waterslide pool with two different waterslides which plunge sliders into the pool water, are particularly popular with children. There's also a kiddy pool whose depth ranges from 30 to 70 centimeters, ensuring even families with small children can safely have fun here.

This strawberry farm is situated along the Strawberry Lineroadin Zo, Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka City. During the months from January to May, visitors can enjoy picking Akihimestrawberries as well. The park can be entered at any time until closing time. Families and children can spend a relaxing time here at the farm equipped with a rest and play area for children, and shops selling strawberry decorated ice cream and shakes. The spot where one can enjoy the view of Suruga Bay are also one of its attractions.

平日オフシーズン、自分を含めて3組。日中日陰はほとんどありませんが、夕暮れ時は夕陽が綺麗に見えるし、千貫門もきれいに見えます。ただし、座った状態で海が見れるサイトは1か所のみ。後は立って見れば大丈夫なサイトが4つほど。夜は海風がすごかったです。設備は整っていて綺麗。また利用します。

This free footbath facility is in Izunokuni City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The roofed bath can seat about 10 people and provides a steady stream of water from Izunagaoka Hot Springs. There’s a reflexology path in which the natural rocks can stimulate the pressure points in your feet. There’s a signboard that shows you which parts are out of balance depending on where you feel pain. The grounds also feature a place with drinkable hot spring water, a grassy plaza, and a slide along with other amusements, making it kid-friendly as well.

It's a park where you can enjoy the abundance of nature, such as the blooming flowers in the flower garden in all four seasons, or the view from the suspension bridge over Masuzawaike pond.

カインズモールに買い物に行き、帰りに寄ってきました。カインズモールから公園に行く大きなほくと橋がかかっていて散歩にとても便利です。ちょうどツツジの花が咲く季節なので天気が良いには最適な公園です。とても広い公園なので、コロナの自粛の影響で比較的訪れる方が多いのですが、人び近づくとこがなく散歩できました。公園の中には吊り橋もあってとても変化のある公園です。

"This art museum stands on the slope of a mountain overlooking the sea of Izu and Atami. Centered on the theme of ""Coexisting with Nature"", it expresses the worldview of Koshiro Toda, the trailblazer in the field of Japan's educational picture books. Surrounded in greenery, the art museum building, from architectural design to interior design, from furniture to the garden, has all been designed by Mr. Toda. On display are many of his works, including the original drawings of picture books he drew, educational picture books, and the picture book he drew for Osamu Dazai's classic ""Run, Melos!"" In the adjacent restaurant, you can relax while taking in the view of mountains and the sea."

山の中腹で眺めも良い場所にあり、ドライブのついでに寄るには良い場所です。思ったほど絵は展示されていませんが、絵本をスクリーンで上演していたり、知らずにボーっと絵本の世界に浸っていました。心地よい時間でした。

１０時頃、入館する。周りは、行政の関係建物などがあり、駐車場も、割合利用できるとおもいます。館内は、ほとんどパスして、公園内の散歩するのがいいと思います。犬を連れて散歩している方もあり、近所の方が来ている感じです。かぐや姫会館も、そこそこ充実した展示で、お勉強ができます。

This beach is only accessible by boat from the Nakagi area in Minamiizu Town, Kamo County, Shizuoka Prefecture. Protected by a unique geographical environment, here visitors can enjoy untouched natural beauty. The beach’s waters are the clearest in Izu, and the pebbles at the sea bottom five meters down can be seen clearly from the surface. The beach has become famous in recent years as an excellent spot for snorkeling, and many come here to view a beautiful ocean world of colorful fish and coral. This is a camp ground located in Chojagahara, Izunokuni City. All of the grounds of this site are covered in lawn including the tent sites and the RV site. There are log cabins, built from European lumber as well as mobile home trailers. On the grounds are a club house, a scenic view bath, and such activities as the jumbo slide, a 3 on 3 court, the MTB course, trout fishing or canoeing on a pond.

An art museum just a five-minute walk from the Shaboten Park Bus Stop, a 20-minute ride on the Shaboten Park bus from Izu-Kogen Station on the Izu-Kyuko Line. Nearly some 250 wax dolls of a variety of historical figures and movie stars are on display. All of the details no matter how dainty have been reproduced from facial features and shape down to wrinkles and fingerprints. Leonardo Davinci's The Last Supper was painstakingly recreated over a 13-year period and is a must-see sight.

昔に行って15年ぶりくらいにいきました。世界のマダムタッソーとは別です。かなり古いです。2階建の建物です。ちょっとカビの様な湿気の香りと言うか。それがちょっと不思議な空間にマッチしてました。人形も古いですが、伊豆に行ったついでに寄るのは良いと思います。

The beach is a Mecca for surfers and wind surfers and gets crowded with young people. “Shirahama Central Beach” is on the northern side of the Shirahama Ohama Beach and besides its sandy beach, it has a rocky area where you can gather shellfish on the seashore. The waves are calm in the cove section and there are also many people bathing with their families. “Itado Coast” is a district which imparts a sense of a quiet and relaxing fishing village which has remained unchanged. There are numerous ways you can enjoy this place such as snorkeling and fishing.

A museum just a two-minute walk from the Omurokogen 2 Chome Bus Stop located a 25-minute bus ride on the Shaboten Park bus from JR Ito Station. The museum was opened in 1996 as a museum dedicated to mechanical antique automaton clocks. These automaton clocks were once made all around the world but due to issues with demand and durability production dwindled and they are now quite rare. A number of unique automaton clocks are on display including a wood carved Owl Clock which make an owl sound to mark the time.

入館すると、館長さんがすぐに展示している時計を動かしてくれました。鳩時計やからくり時計を1分ずつずらして動かしてくれるので、順番にどんどん見られます。ここが動くよと館長さんのおじいさんが教えてくれるので、心の準備して待つことができます。からくり時計にはまっている１歳9ヶ月の子どもがじーっと時計を見つめていました。広くない館内ですが、楽しめると思います。

This is a commercial complex that opened in September 2015 built on the remains of a national registered tangible cultural property, the former Nanzu Ice Plant. The facility houses NanZ Kitchen, a restaurant that mainly serves food from the sea and the mountains of Shimoda with concept of “the dining table of the Minami-Izu district”, a café, a sushi restaurant and an information center for outdoor activities in Izu. It also holds community-based markets with the cooperation of local farmers and others as well as all kinds of events. The nearest station is Shimoda Station.

Really good drinks, tasting food, very friendly staff, happy atmosphere - perfect place to enjoy a meal in Shimoda.

This tourist farm is located about a 10-minute drive from Nirayama Station on the Izuhakone Railway. Guests can enjoy strawberry and blueberry picking. The strawberries are grown in a barrier-free greenhouse with elevated planters, allowing guests in wheelchairs and those with baby carriages to freely move around. It also allows children to enjoy picking strawberries at their own eye level. The strawberry picking season runs from around December to the end of May. Visitors can enjoy tasting and comparing Tochiotome, Akihime, and Beni Hoppe strawberries for just the price of admission. Blueberry picking is offered from June to August. The farm also offers tours of its mango house from the end of June to around October. Tours include a sample of the farm's mangoes.
