    This hot spring facility is in Hokuto City Yamanashi Prefecture. The natural hot spring is surrounded by Mt. Kai Komagatake and the Yatsugatake mountains, and is unusual in that it has two source springs, a hot spring rich in minerals and a cold mineral spring. It is believed to be effective at treating muscle soreness and joint pain, and so has been long used for health treatment. They have large indoor baths and outdoor baths, with over ten types including cypress tubs, cascade baths, and more.

    This is a day-use hot spring bathhouse located about a 10-minute drive from the Kaiyamato Station on the JR Chuo Main Line. The spring water quality is simply alkaline water said to be beneficial for nerve pain and muscle soreness, joint pain, chronic digestive diseases, and sensitivity to cold. This rare high-alkaline water, one of the few found in Japan, is also beneficial for the skin. There are many varieties of baths for the guests besides the main large bath. There is a reclining bath, a jet bath, an outside bath and a gentle bubbles bath. The Tenmoku restaurant serves regional gourmet cuisine incorporating local produce. The maitake mushroom tempura, and chicken giblets are highly recommended.

The spring is a sodium hydrogen carbonate chloride spring that is split into two separate bathing areas. Both have a standard bath and ""the bathing area One"" adds lie-down baths and waterfall baths while ""the bathing area Two"" has whirlpool baths and fountain baths. They also have both wet and dry saunas. You can practice water-walking in the pool and in their studio they offer classes in yoga and social dances."

    10 kilometers from the Shirane Interchange on the Chubu-Odan Expressway. This day use hot spring adjoins Kanayamasawa Kodama Park situated at the entranceway to the Southern Japan Alps. Facilities include an indoor bath and outdoor bath. The outdoor bath, in particular, surrounded by artfully placed stones and looking up at the area's vast natural beauty, is the perfect thing after a mountain climb or hike. The waters of the bathhouse' alkaline simple spring are said to beautify the skin. The bathhouse also has a barbecue house and climbing wall, making this a fun destination for groups and families with children as well. The bathhouse is closed in winter from early November to late April.

Bathers can benefit from the spring's skin beautifying properties while enjoying the fragrance and warmth of the Kiso sawara cypress bathtubs. The alkaline simple springs (hypotonic mildly alkaline low temperature springs) are also said to help with conditions including nerve pain, muscle soreness, and sensitivity to cold as well as to aid in the recovery from fatigue. Guests can bring their own food and drinks to the bathhouse's lounge, which features heated floors. There is also a farmers' market and a stand that sells hot spring water.

    芦安の他の温泉と比べても、 pH10の ヌルヌル度 は最強。 湯船は低温(ほぼ水?)、適温、高温の三槽に分かれていました。 大人の男が4-5人くらいで一杯になってしまうので、混雑時はイモ洗い状態となるので、のんびりと出来ません。子供が多い時には出たり入ったりで更に煩わしくなります。

The bathhouse has two atmospheric outdoor baths, one made with ancient hinoki cypress wood and one made with stones brought from the foot of Mt. Fuji. The bathhouse' restaurant serves dishes made based on the concept of local production for local consumption, such as Fuji Sakura pork and Kofu chicken. The bathhouse is open and airy with high ceilings, and bathers can enjoy the charms of Kofu in a relaxing atmosphere.

This hot spring complex and lodge is situated 1,000 meters above sea level at the entranceway to a climbing route leading up the Southern Japan Alps. The bathhouse' indoor bathing area, tiled with black granite, boasts a spectacular view of the Southern Japan Alps from its huge windows. The bathhouse also has an outdoor bath. Its spring produces an astonishing 300 liters of hot water every minute, and its waters are said to treat nerve pain, gastrointestinal disorders, motor paralysis, and fatigue. There's also a restaurant, rest lounge, and souvenir shop, as well as a foot bath area. The facility is open from mid-June to early November.
