Seisen-Ryo is a facility dedicated to Dr. Paul Rusch, founder of the Keep Association in 1938, as a training retreat for The Brotherhood of St. Andrew in Japan. The building was burnt to the ground in a fire and rebuilt again in 1957 with its distinctive red triangular roof and X shaped cross (the St. Andrew’s Cross). The multi-purpose complex now has accommodation, restaurants, and a farm shop selling dairy products, as well as different things to try out such as nature walks, making accessories, and feeding the animals. Their soft ice-cream using organic jersey milk fresh from Keep Farm is especially popular.

Seisenryo is a unique destination and easily accessible by visitors from the Tokyo Metro region. The main lodge, and more recent annex, were built there by American educator and rural development...

We didn’t have anything to do with...

Yamanashi Main Areas

Yamanashi prefecture is the proud home of one of Japan's most celebrated icons: Mount Fuji. Although the mountain straddles both Yamanashi and Shizuoka, the most breathtaking views of Fuji-san can be seen from the Fuji Five Lakes north of the mountain in Yamanashi prefecture. The plethora of outdoor activities in and around the lakes all have the benefit of the country's highest mountain as their backdrop, and we can assure you that it is an unforgettable sight.
