- The concept of this Chinese restaurant is “bringing authentic Chinese cuisine to Itoigawa.” The chef, who was invited from China, inventively uses his skills to adapt Chinese cuisine to suit the Japanese taste. The most popular menu item is the B-grade gourmet Black Yakisoba. The dish includes squid and jet-black yakisoba noodles, colored with squid ink, and topped with a thin omelet. Its sheer size and appearance give you a huge impact. The restaurant also has a rich menu full of variety, such as specialty ramen, seasoned with sweet shrimp broth, and other individual dishes. The nearest station is Itoigawa Station.

豚肉、イカ、ハム、海老、野菜(白菜、人参、青菜、椎茸、キクラゲ他)などの具材がたっぷり入ったタンメンです。スープは醤油ベースのもので、具材の旨みが混じっている上に香ばしさもあります。中細の縮れ麺はこのスープによく絡んで美味しくいただけます。この他に焼き肉、丼類、中華など守備範囲が広いお店ですので、使い勝手がよいです。
