The shop’s fu manju buns, one for 180 yen purchasable at the shopfront, are made with smooth strained sweet adzuki bean pasted wrapped in fresh fu mixed with Japanese mugwort and other ingredients. In addition to three-year and five-year pickled plums, there are many other products including umeboshi such as sweet Aji-pittari using Nanko-ume plums and Umetaiko, a combination of a mentaiko (spicy cod roe) and plums, as well as tsukudani (preserved in sweetened soy sauce) and Japanese pickles.
