It is famous for its preeminently fresh sashimi and sushi. It holds a boatload of fun events for the consumers, including a monthly raw tuna dissection sale, and 10% off sales on every fourth Wednesday of each month, excluding December.

It is directly managed by Ichigo no Sato, a strawberry farm also located in Moroyama Town. Strawberry Garden sells confectionery items such as “baum strawberry with cheese inside,” which is made using homemade strawberry puree, and “strawberry shavings mini,” which is served with shavings of frozen ripe strawberries and condensed milk drizzled over the top. The shop also sells additive-free jams. The shop has a cafe space where customers can enjoy “strawberry goro-goro parfait” during the strawberry season.

The bakery sells breads made by hand using flour from Hokkaido and natural yeast, and without the use of additives. Popular breads like the ""Premium Shokupan,"" designed to be eaten untoasted and made by fermenting the dough for 18 hours to maximize the flavor; and the ""Omiso no Pan"" bread made with glutinous rice flour and Chichibu miso added to the dough, ensure that the bakery frequently sees lines of waiting customers."

    他のレストランは何処も混んでいましたが、ここは並ばすに食事をとることが出来ました。屋上のテラスでサンドイッチを頂きましたが、見晴らしも良く、味もなかなかでした。

    A three minute walk from the Chichibu Station on the Chichibu Railway, this historic brewery, founded in 1753, proudly produces the Buko Masamune brand sake, having a history of winning many awards and competitions. The sake is brewed using the ground water from Mt. Buko which is drawn up from a well within the confines of the brewery. Visitors arriving during business hours bringing their own containers can take this water home. 40 minute tours of the brewery are offered which end with a sake tasting event (reservations required). The two story wooden structure of the brewery built during the late Edo period is a Registered Tangible Cultural Property of Japan.

The shop's signature item is its ""Sumanju"" buns, a unique, Chichibu regional variation on manju buns made with anko bean jam wrapped in a dough made with fermented koji. A popular Nagatoro souvenir, these buns often sell out fast."

    国道沿いにあり、わかりやすい場所です。長瀞や秩父に行った際には、お土産に立ち寄る人が多いようです。味は万人向けの優しい味です。甘すぎず、くせのない味です。ただ一つが大きいので、食べる時間によっては後の食事に差し支えるかもしれません。

The shop offers some 80 different varieties, including twice covered in soy sauce, moist nure senbei, and flavors like yuzu kosho and natto miso. The shop also sells other confections, Japanese pickles, and folk crafts and other souvenirs.

    ハート型のとてもかわいいお煎餅を買いました。焼きたてで温かくて美味しかったです。醤油の香ばしさも最高でした。

The shop is famous for its pork, beef, and wild boar meat carefully marinated in a secret recipe miso sauce by skilled hands. The shop also sells various cuts of meat over the counter as well as fried food and other sides. The shop's handmade menchi-katsu breaded mincemeat cutlets are particularly popular.

    週末に何回か行ったが、肉屋は開いていても揚げ物も販売は昼頃からのようだ。 何時頃から販売すると揚げ物コーナーに看板が出ているので、タイミングを合わせていけば揚げたてが食べられる。メンチカツ100円、コロッケ、ハムカツ50円。昔の味がする。ソースもい置いてあるので、その場でも食べられます。

The shop gets its first class rice unpolished from local, specially contracted farms and polishes it on-site just prior to using it to make its rice cracker dough. Adjoined by the rice cracker factory, customers can purchase piping hot, fresh made rice crackers. The shop's popular ""Tenpiboshi"" crackers, which are cooked by hand using sun-dried dough, are only made in small batches and sell out quickly. The shop also offers factory tours and a senbei rice cracker grilling activity (advance reservation required)."
