A famous and long-standing bakery founded in 1891 frequently featured on TV and in magazines. The shop’s breads, made with local ingredients and spring water, have many fans. The bakery’s hot spring stew bread is particularly popular and involves a round loaf of French bread hollowed out and filled with a hearty and rich beef stew.
