    A seven-minute walk from Nishi-Kasai Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. This park extends for three kilometers from 6-Chome Nishikasai to 7-Chome Minamikasai. Facilities include a playground for very young children as well as a larger, obstacle course-style playground, and a flower garden where visitors can enjoy beautiful roses. The vast park grounds, enwrapped in seasonal flowers, plants, and trees, also encompass an area where you can go barbecuing, and the Nagisa Park area inside has free pony rides, making this a place where the whole family can have fun. Busses and shuttles with large windows for sightseeing making traveling around the huge park convenient.

    A city park located in Kameari, Katsushika City, Tokyo. A spacious children's park with slides and swings, because it adjoins the fictional police station where the protagonist of the manga comic book Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Koen Mae Hashutsujo works, this famous park has also been used to film movies. Although there is no real police station around the park, it does have a statue of the main character, Ryotsu, making a double peace sign, as well as another statue of the character sitting on a bench. The park has many trees, and in spring when the cherry trees blossom, the Yoshino cherries in the park burst all at once into beautiful bloom.

Visitors can also rent standard bicycles for adults and children as well as fun two-person tandem bikes from the park's cycle center. There are also a variety of safe and interesting pedal-powered vehicles for small children. Surrounded by natural beauty, visitors can enjoy activities such as barbecuing, overnight camping, and fishing.

Utilizing the prototype of conventional large fountains, each facility and monument are connected by adding a dynamic waterfall and a quiet stream. There is a monument with poems written by then Emperor, bridge that symbolizes hope, resting place and rest house in the park."

    This metropolitan park, opened in 1974, is located a 10-minute walk from Takashimadaira Station on the Toei Mita Line. The park sprawls east to west from the Takashimadaira housing complex to Metropolitan Expressway Route No. 5. The park's biggest highlight the huge fountain in the center. Situated in the center of a water play area for children, showers of water pour from the dramatic fountain structure like waterfalls. This is a popular leisure destination, and in summer when open, one can see large numbers of children running around with bathing suits and squirt guns and other water toys. The park also has an abundance of untouched natural forest that will make you forget an expressway runs right next door.

There's also a reservation-required barbecue ground, shop, and restaurant, and the park is frequented by families with children. Situated in the almost exact center of Fuchu City a 10-minute walk from Higashifuchu Station on the Keio Line, the grounds are planted with some 3,500 sawtooth oaks and Japanese zelkovas, and the park is a space for rest and relaxation where visitors can take in the four seasons.

    "This children's park is about a five-minute walk from Oshiage Station. The park is divided into three zones: Wanpaku Toride, Wanpaku Hiroba and Yasuragi Hiroba. You can enjoy adventures through interacting with nature. There are big wooden play equipments, a zip line and wood craft room in the park and everybody can play freely. There are always staff called ""Play Leaders"" who watch children and help them play. Seasonal events such as ""Evening Appreciation of Beetles and Fireflies"" and ""Wanpaku Snow Festival"" are hosted by local supporters."

    "A park located a 15-minute walk from Daikanyama Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. ""Saigoyama"" means ""Saigo's Mountain"" or ""Mt. Saigo"" and is derived from an estate which was built here and purchased by Saigo Judo for his famous older brother Saigo Takamori. After being sold and then experiencing an air-raid bombing, the site was eventually turned into a park. Highlights include a 20-meter-tall artificial waterfall built using a hill in the park, a memorial tree and lava boulder from Sakurajima, a large grass lawn, and observatory, and the park is a great destination for families to take their children to play. On clear winter days, visitors can see all the way to Mt. Fuji."

    A complex where you can enjoy the outdoors with your dog on an expansive Akigawa Hills site beside Tokyo Summer Land. The dog runs are the largest in the Kanto area. They are made with oya stone, which doesn't get hot even in direct sunlight. A hiking course lets you get in touch with nature and the seasons and is covered with wood chips for the benefit of visitors and their dogs. Their cafe restaurant features local ingredients. Of course it's okay to bring your dog along.

The park is comprised of a variety of parks and a shuttle bus operates inside providing transportation between them. There's a children's area with dinosaur-shaped playground equipment; a square with a huge fountain children can play in; sports facilities such as a youth baseball ground and family sports square; Nagisa Park, where azaleas bloom in profusion in spring; and a beautiful Western-style flower garden.

    This is a park in Minato City, adjacent to the east of Tokyo Midtown. In the Edo period it was the place of the Mori Family residence and the residence garden was opened to the public as a park. Currently, it has been transformed to harmonize with the open lawn space, “Midtown Garden” in Tokyo Midtown. You can view the magnificent Japanese garden with a large pond occupying about half the grounds from the wooden buildings of Azumaya or the walking path. The nearest station is Roppongi Station.

    A 10-minute walk from Tachikawa Station on the JR Chuo Line. This barbecue ground is located inside a nationally run park which is one of the most famous in Japan and whose grounds are equivalent in size to around 10 Tokyo Domes. This is the only place in the park where visitors can barbecue or use fire, and is a great place to casually enjoy cooking in the great outdoors. The barbecue ground rents equipment and also sells barbecue ingredients, making it possible to come here and enjoy barbecuing without having to prepare anything yourself. Pets are also allowed and the ground rents out chairs and tables, too. Surrounded by the park's vast grounds, visitors can take in seasonal natural beauty.

    This park, located a 12-minute walk from Odaiba-kaihinkoen Station on the Yurikamome Line, is situated on the site of a late Edo period fort on the north side of Odaiba Marine Park. One of the artificial islands built in Tokyo Bay off Shinagawa after the arrival of Commodore Matthew C. Perry in 1853, today, only the No. 3 and No. 6 batteries still remain from this time, and both have been designated National Historic Sites. The park was built on the No. 3 Battery. Replicas of the site's ruined cannons can be found on a hill along the sea, and there are also ruins of a gunpowder magazine and troop building surrounded by a stone wall, as well as a replica of a ruined furnace. Today, the island is connected to the mainland and can be walked to.
