- This Udon noodle shop is located in front of Okubo-ji Temple, the 88th temple on the Shikoku 88-temple Pilgrimage in Sanuki City, Kagawa Prefecture. A specialty is the hand-made soft yet firm noodles that have been carefully kneaded with miraculous water that springs from the hill behind Okubo-ji Temple. The signature menu is “Uchikomi-udon” which is freshly made udon stewed together with vegetables such as Japanese radish, carrot, taro, and spring onion. It is a genuine local dish having a nostalgic flavor, cooked with miso which will make you warm from the inside even on a cold day.

四国八十八ヶ所結願の寺の前にあるお土産物屋と飲食店でした。名物は鍋ですが、さむきうどんもありました。釜玉うどんにしましたがすぐに配膳されました。柚子を使った七味唐辛子を入れるとさらに美味しくなりました。

ランチには何度か通った事があり、ランチはお手頃な価格で頂けるお気に入りのお店です。今回はディナーで来店しました。ランチと同じヒレステーキ定食や、エビフライ定食なども注文できますが、焼肉も頂けるみたいで、今回は焼肉にしてみました。お肉はやっぱり美味しい
