This restaurant is inside the tourist spot Tokugawa-en Garden. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the Japanese garden as you eat. The building appearance is in traditional Japanese style, while the baccarat chandeliers and other decor fuse Eastern and Western styles inside. The view of Ryusen-ko pond at the garden center is great on sunny days, and guests are often entertained here. The restaurant particularly offers “modern French cuisine” that fuses French food and Japanese techniques, and several anniversary plan menus and lunch courses are options as well. A pasta shop on Motoshigecho-dori Street in 3 Chome, Nishiki, Naka Ward, Nagoya City. They're known as the originators of ankake spaghetti, a Nagoya specialty with a thick sauce. They offer a number of variations. Milakan features an original sauce that's been simmered so long the meat and vegetables it's cooked with lose their form, topped with wiener slices and ham. Their Ebi-nese is topped with fried shrimp.

名古屋メシ、初めてあんかけスパなる物頂きました。祝日でしたが、有名店みたいでお客さんも多く、期待しながらAランチを頂きました。パスタにあんがかかっているイメージでしたが、逆であんにパスタがのっている感じで、あんをパスタに絡めながらいただくスタイルでした。初めてあんかけパスタを食べたのですが、久しぶりに赤いウインナーも食べたせいか懐かしい、昔食べたことある様な不思議な感覚で頂きました。

Established in 1961, Yokoi is the inventor of ankake spaghetti, a Nagoya specialty. The spicy and rich Yokoi original meat sauce was perfected after much trial and error to create a flavor that would suit the Japanese palate. The most popular ankake spaghetti version on the menu is the Yokoi standard “millacoun” combining milanaise (meat) and country (vegetables). A five minute walk from the Exit 8 of Sakae Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway.
