- A pasta shop on Motoshigecho-dori Street in 3 Chome, Nishiki, Naka Ward, Nagoya City. They're known as the originators of ankake spaghetti, a Nagoya specialty with a thick sauce. They offer a number of variations. Milakan features an original sauce that's been simmered so long the meat and vegetables it's cooked with lose their form, topped with wiener slices and ham. Their Ebi-nese is topped with fried shrimp.

名古屋メシ、初めてあんかけスパなる物頂きました。 祝日でしたが、有名店みたいでお客さんも多く、期待しながらAランチを頂きました。パスタにあんがかかっているイメージでしたが、逆であんにパスタがのっている感じで、あんをパスタに絡めながらいただくスタイルでした。初めてあんかけパスタを食べたのですが、久しぶりに赤いウインナーも食べたせいか懐かしい、昔食べたことある様な不思議な感覚で頂きました。

入口はちょっと一元さんお断りの感じですが。。。中はとってもおちついていてワインと一緒に楽しめます。フレンチ料理のお店ですが、洋食も普通に楽しめます。夜食としてオムライスとかパスタなどの１品料理も作ってくれるので、ちょっとお酒飲むだけじゃなくても、ごはんとしても活用できると思います。フレンチだとコースとかってイメージがありますが、全然普通の洋食屋さんとしても入れると思います！

キッチンはなく、肉や野菜や焼きそば提供され、ドリンクはカウンターに貰いに行くスタイルです。 前菜、サラダ、デザートはないので、その点は寂しかったですし、炭水化物が欲しくなりました。 唯一の焼きそばが結構しょっぱいのも残念でした。 自分たちでコンロで焼かなければいけないので、焼く担当になってしまうと、会話が楽しめなくなります。 夏は暑いでしょうし、冬は寒い。 雰囲気は良かったです。

Aichi Areas
