    This curry restaurant, a 15-minute drive from the Ajimu Interchange on the Higashikyushu Expressway (Usa-Beppu Road), operates out of a mountain cabin-style building situated in the middle of the woods. The restaurant serves authentic, spicy Indian curry made with a curry sauce created from onions slowly sauteed until they turn transparent, tomatoes, and spices. The Pokara Curry Set meal is particularly recommended and comes with salad, chapatti, turmeric rice, a drink, and your choice of one of seven curry varieties, including chicken, vegetable, keema, and masala chicken. Inside, the restaurant also sells Asian knickknacks.

    This lodging facility, a 20-minute drive from Bungo-Mori Station, is situated on the shore directly opposite from the Hisashi Momiji, a copse of maple trees which cover Prefectural Route 28 with a veritable awning of beautiful fall foliage in autumn. The inn's vast grounds occupy around 200 thousand square meters of Yabakei Gorge and there are walking paths for guests, enabling lodgers to enjoy the area's fresh verdure in spring, fall foliage in autumn, and other beautiful seasonal scenery. In the inn's mountain villa-style restaurant, you can eat Yabakei Gorge cuisine created by a chef who trained in France's Lyon. The inn is also replete with a bathhouse where you can enjoy baths filled with free-flowing water from a spring said to beautify the skin, along with a view of beautiful scenery outside.

    はずれのない「CoCo壱番屋」!!! 定番の「ロースかつカレー、４００グラム、2カラ」ですが、 今回はポークカレー（１辛 ３００ｇ）を注文しました。 値段もお手頃で美味しいカレーだと思います。

    地元の方の御用達のお店。 日替わりランチをオーダーいただいて、この日は串カツでした！既にタレがしっかりかかっていました。 ガッツリいただきました。 とんかつやステーキがメインのお店です。ハンバーグやショウガヤキなどもあります。

    どこかでランチをと言うときには必ずここでした。パスタもとっても美味しいし、サラダもドレッシングがニンジン玉葱ベースでさっぱりしています。ちなみにこのドレッシングは購入できます。パンも二種類ついていて美味しいです。
