This long-established Japanese confectionery shop sells one of Ise's specialties, henba mochi (rice cake filled with bean paste and lightly grilled on both side). It has a dine-in space, and you can enjoy traditional Japanese sweets such as the famous henba mochi with tea. The store also has a parking lot where large buses can park and bathrooms, making it the perfect place to rest from a drive. It is said the henba mochi came from the sweets given there.

This veteran Japanese sweet shop was established in 1775. Their Henba Mochi sweets are round, flat, and browned on both sides. They're made with carefully selected, domestically produced ingredients, and the shop continues to produce them with the traditional flavor they've been known for since their founding. These tasty treats are popular for the unique texture that rice flour gives them and the melt-in-your-mouth goodness of their koshian strained bean paste filling. You can eat them right in the shop, and they're so popular that they sometimes sell out before 17:00. They also have Sawa Mochi (a sweet that's well-known in the Iseshima and Matsusaka region), Brown Sugar Mochi (made by blending brown sugar with glutinous mochi rice), and in summer, mizu yokan (chilled sweet bean jelly).
