    This long-standing ramen and Chinese food restaurant opened in 1974 and is found in the Okage Yokocho area next to Inner Ise Shrine in Ise, Mie. The broth is made from slow boiling Matsusaka beef bones and Mie pork, chicken, fish, and vegetables over a period of many days. It is both simple and yet profound with a deep richness and umami flavor. They are also well known for their home-made thin sliced ham-style pork. The store lacks a door giving it an open feeling and parties of one are more than welcome.

The salty Ise miso is said to be the origin of all of the miso production. Shinshu miso ramen is characterized by its aroma and well-rounded flavor. Rich Hokkaido miso ramen features the mellow aroma and darkness of rice miso. Each type of ramen has its own toppings, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors.

    ブームも落ち着いたと思いますが、マシマシ、モリモリ系ラーメン店です。旦那が好きなので付き添いｗで行きますが、なかなかのボリュームでいつも完食できません。

    飲んだ後のシメのラーメンに行きました。BARということもあり、ドリンクメニューが豊富でカクテルから地ビールまで飲めちゃいます。ペールエールのビールいただきながら、餃子、担々麺を注文しました。山椒の風味の辛さを求める方とてもお勧めです。 カウンターで6席のみなので、深夜は満席の時が多いようです。ラーメンは極太の太麺でスープは濃厚です。辛さがちょうどいいお勧めのお店です。

    伊勢うどんがあるので伊勢はラーメン店が少なくなかなか根付きませんが、ここは博多長浜を彷彿させる、とんこつスープに細ストレート麺で、とんこつでありながらあっさりしていてくどくなく飽きません。 80円で替え玉が出来るのも流心的です。

    高速に乗る前にラーメン食べたい！でも見つからない！直前に見つかりました。醤油、豚骨、塩、つけめん、タンメンなど種類が豊富です。台湾混ぜそばは少しピリ辛でご飯がほしいなあと思っていたら追いメシつきでした。ちょっと味は濃いめです。

    伊勢市駅から下宮方面にすぐのところにあるお店です。午後3時位の入店でしたがおばあちゃんが暖かく迎えてくれ、昔ながらの柔らかい美味しい伊勢うどんをいただけました。お店の雰囲気もレトロそのもので抜群です。

    家族でGW 中の12:00に通りかかり、繁盛していたので入りました。1、2組待ちで5分程度で入店。 ラーメンとチャーハンを注文。 ラーメンはかつお出汁かと思いますが、比較的あっさり目で美味しかったです。 チャーハンも美味しかったけど、少しだけ油多かったかな。 でも、コスパもよく満足です。 普通の中華メニューもよく注文されており、美味しそうでした。

Spread across the eastern side of the Kii Peninsula, Mie prefecture boasts hundreds of kilometers of pretty coastline comprising the oyster-rich Toba city and Shima National Park all the way down to Kumano, a city that marks the beginning of part of the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage, which runs into neighboring Wakayama prefecture. However, Mie is best known for the Ise Jingu Shinto shrine inland, one of the oldest and largest shrines in the country.
