    This café was relocated from Higashibori-dori in September 2017, and reopened in Bandai, Chuo Ward, Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. It is popular with female customers. The interior is a warm wooden space, with a gentle color scheme that entice customers to stay longer. The café’s most popular menu item is a hand-baked pancake, which retains the aroma of the wheat used to make it. The springy, fluffy pancakes go perfectly with maple syrup and unsalted butter to make an exquisite combination. The food menu is also substantial, and there is an additional lunch menu with items such as lunch platters and sandwiches.

    The atmosphere of the cafe is good. But staffs are inattentive. They were chitchatting each other. So the service was very slow. I wonder if they took employee training.

    This western style restaurant established in 1923 is located near Hakusan Station on the JR Echigo Line. Their famous dish that has become synonymous with the restaurant is a beef-tongue stew that's been slow cooked to a point that it cannot be picked up with chopsticks. The base for their white sauce has remained the same since they were founded and their gratin is also popular. Their first floor is a drop-in restaurant, the second floor has private rooms, and the third floor is a banquet hall, allowing them to adapt to any scene or occasion. Boxed lunches, hors d'oeuvres and set course meals can also be delivered.

    近くに来たついでにランチでよりました。店は古く入りづらい雰囲気でしたが、午後一時にも関わらずけっこう賑わっていました。リタイアした近所の方が多いようです。ピーアランチ850円を注文しました。なかなかのお味です。好感が持てるお店だと思います。近くに来たらまた寄りたい店です。

    This hide-away restaurant is a 15-minute walk from the Bandai exit of JR Niigata Station. The building is styled like a Japanese house and gives a modern-Japanese feeling while the contemporary French cuisine overflows with a sense of the seasons. There are private rooms with six seats as well as seven seats at the counter. From the counter you can gaze out into the courtyard while eating and watch the changing seasons, from the greens of spring and summer, to the colors of autumn and the snow of winter. Dedication was given to using local goods including Niigata ingredients, cutlery by Tsubame Sanjou, and coffee cups by Yasuda Yaki. Reservations are required for the dinner course set menu.

    新潟駅から徒歩圏内にありますが、とても静かな界隈にある隠れ家的なレストランです。ディナーはコース料理のみ。要予約です。一つ一つ、丁寧に作られたビジュアル的にも美しいお料理ばかりです。ワインの種類は少ないです。丁寧な接客で、終始気持ちよく過ごせます。

    海老ヶ瀬インター近くにあります。 中は、カウンターとテーブル席があります。 メニューにはたくさんの商品が掲載されて迷ってしまいますが、期間限定メニューがあったので、8月の限定商品である、牛メンチカツカレー（ほうれん草入り）を注文しました。 「牛」メンチですが、カレーは「ポーク」カレーです。
