A six-minute walk from Shimo-takaido Station. This public bathhouse is located close to Matsubara High School and its baths are filled with the waters of a natural hot spring which contain metasilicic acid, iron, and iron ions. These waters are said to treat such ailments as nerve pain and muscle soreness as well as recovery from fatigue. The bathhouse has a free-flowing bathtub heated from below popular with athletes as well as a variety of stimulating baths such as an electric massaging bath and a hyper-jet bath. The bathhouse is also replete with men's and women's saunas. The bathhouse sells towels, shampoo, and other bathing supplies, making it easy to stop by without an advance preparation.

This natural hot spring is located in the city center. The water type is a cold colorless and odorless metasilicic acid spring, and it has an outdoor bath where you can enjoy looking out on the sky of the city, saunas and jacuzzis. It offers seven kinds of jacuzzies. On odd and even days, the baths on the first and second floors switch between being women and men only.

Tokyo Areas

around-area-map

The setting of countless iconic movie scenes and the inspiration for songs, poetry, and literature worldwide, Tokyo barely requires an introduction. It’s hard for the kaleidoscopic neon lights, wacky pop culture, and some of the world’s tallest structures not to instill excitement in any first-time visitor to Tokyo, whether you’re in the very center of the hustle and bustle in Shinjuku or Shibuya or looking in from the quieter suburbs.
