    A recuperative hot spring facility located in the heart of the city along Prefectural Route 54 heading east from Kurogo Station on the Joso Line. The facility has a heated pool, training room, and hot spring baths including outdoor baths fed with water from a natural spring located 1,500 meters underground. One of the nice things about the facility is that it can be used by non-residents as well as reasonable prices. There's a spa pool filled with recuperative hot spring water in the pool area which can be walked in to promote health. There's rest area with comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing, a massage room, and a consultation room where a professional can give you advice about your health woes and aches. This facility is truly dedicated to the health and comfort of its patrons.

Situated along National Route 123 an hour and 20-minute bus ride from JR Mito Station, there are also many sightseeing destinations in the area such as hiking courses and the Twin Ring Motegi motorsport race track. The bathhouse's natural sulfur containing sodium chloride spring contains an abundance of iron. Patrons can relax in eight different varieties of baths, including a large indoor bath, outdoor bath, and source spring bath. The bathhouse also offers soft serve ice cream, wine, and juices made with yuzu fruit grown near Mt. Tsukuba, a local specialty product. In the bathhouse' restaurant, visitors can enjoy local, Mt. Tsukuba dishes made with regional specialty products.

The bathhouse takes particular pride in its outdoor forest-enclosed outdoor bath, and customers can relax and enjoy the seasonal scenery from the natural stone rock tub. The bathhouse' seasonal, locally inspired baths, such as its apple baths and tea baths, are also popular.

    内風呂は真っ赤なリンゴが浮かんだリンゴ風呂、露天風呂は大きな庭園風のが2つ、その奥にひっそりと隠れ湯があります。湯の温度は若干低めですが、周りの景色を眺めながらゆったりのんびり浸かれます。春と秋は景色がよいのでお勧めです。洗面台が2つありますが、1つ目の方がティッシュペーパーが2箱空になってそのまま置いてあり、もう少し気配りが欲しいと思ったので☆を1つ減らしました。

In addition to an outdoor bath, large indoor bath, sauna, cold bath, and bubble bath, the bathhouse also has the only reservable private hot spring bath in the Mt. Tsukuba area. The bathhouse' facilities include a large indoor bath, outdoor bath with a view of the Pacific Ocean, jacuzzis, and saunas. There are also two large rest areas, one Western and one Japanese inn style; a terrace; relaxation room; and more. Another of the bathhouse' charms is the fact visitors can relax while listening to the sounds of ocean waves. The bathhouse' restaurant serves seafood and, in winter, nabe hotpot dishes.

    Visited the onsen in the hotel and liked it. A hinoki bath indoors and a rock rotemburo. The view is limited with a hilltop.

Kinu no Yu also has private bathing rooms which families and couples can use to take their time and relax. The bathhouse' restaurant serves dishes such as Hitara beef steak and seasonal tempura. In the adjoining specialty shop, you can buy local vegetables, meet, and sakes.

Tsukuba. Which outdoor bath is the men's and which is the women's changes daily and can be checked on the bathhouse' website. Yurinosato also offers massages and foot care. In the bathhouse' restaurant, operated by JA Yasato, you can enjoy dishes made with local ingredients. The adjoining local specialty shop sells fresh vegetables from area farms and other goods.

    筑波山から下山して温泉を探したら車で20分くらいで筑波山周辺よりも若干安価だったので行ってみました。 露天風呂は入る時に熱く感じましたが、入ればずっと入浴できるくらいの適温。 風呂はなかなかでしたが、物産売場が隣接してますが、そそるものがなかったです。

The district was also beloved by the artist Yokoyama Taikan, who often painted the area's pine trees, sunrises, and moonlit nights. There are also a full array of sightseeing destinations nearby, including the lonely Rokkaku-do pavilion, standing in an out of the way corner on the grounds of the estate of scholar Okakura Tenshin (now the Izura Institute of Art & Culture, Ibaraki University); the site of the Nakoso Barrier, one of Japan's ancient checkpoint stations and a renowned destination for spring cherry blossom viewing since ancient times; and the Tenshin Memorial Museum of Art, Ibaraki.
