若い頃にイタメシが流行る前から良く食べたジャポネはまさにジャパニーズパスタだ。 アルデンテ何て言葉はこちらでは通じない。 バジル？ここではシソでありトマトソースではなくケッチャプだ。多分娘にこれを食べさせたらこれなーにって回答が来るのが想像できるがおじさん世代にはまさにこれが正真正銘のパスタである。 昭和がそのまま残っており無くしてはいけないお店の一つである。 ジャリコ美味しかったです。
