Their signature hamburger steak is only available in limited quantities. The savory flavor of the coarsely ground meat is a pleasure on the palate. The combination with the simmered demi-glace is also perfect, many people order it with red wine. Dishes like their Japanese black beef curry and steak on rice bowl with a house sauce reach the heights of flavor.

Here you can enjoy an orthodox Japanese-style smooth beef stew consisting of vegetables and beef tendon simmered together over a four day period, and tongue stew served in a piping hot iron bowl. Other items on the restaurant's expansive menu include battered minced meat cutlets, battered shrimp, and potato salad. A daily lunch special is served only on weekdays. The restaurant also offers thick breaded cutlet sandwiches which will do as souvenirs in a pinch.
