前日の利尻山登山で，全身筋肉痛になってしまったので，入りに来た。鴛泊の市街地から登山道へ続く道は登り坂になるので，行きはバスで帰りは歩いて宿に帰った。温泉としては特別な感じは無かった。露天風呂は涼しいので体が火照ったら丁度良い。残円なのは水風呂の温度が低すぎることだ。
