- "A Japanese diner and guesthouse situated along National Route 335 in Asabu-cho, Rausu Town, Menashi County, Hokkaido Prefecture. The restaurant serves seafood like seafood ramen and the ""Special-don,"" a rice bowl topped with fresh seafood from Rausu; as well as dishes like pork cutlet and egg rice bowls and meat rice bowls made with Golden Pork from Saiboku Ham in Sendai. - Kuma no Yu onsen is an open-air hot spring which is located on the riverbank of the Rausu River in the World Heritage-listed Shiretoko Peninsula. Its name is derived from the fact that Kumagoe no Taki waterfall named after the bears that once went back and forth across it is upstream. There are segregated changing rooms and baths for men and women, so you can relax without worrying about other people. Locals look after this hot spring, so you should be respectful when using it.

- Seseki Onsen is a natural hot spring discovered in 1899. It is located 20 minutes by car from Rausu Town on the Nemuro Strait coastline. It is a secret hot spring that only appears at low tide and the bathing period is limited to the beginning of July through to the middle of September (or sometimes at the end of September). This hot spring is useful for treating neuralgia, lumbar pain, chronic rheumatoid arthritis, chronic skin diseases and sciatica. The Japanese TV drama “From a North Country The Will 2002” was shot at this hot spring. The hot spring is privately managed, so it is good manners to say hello before taking a bath.

- Aidomari Onsen is a natural hot spring located in the northeastern most part of Hokkaido on the Shiretoko Peninsula. It is a popular place for taking a break after a drive and is the furthest point you can drive to along the coastline. The hot spring well has plenty of water and has a high temperature. The bath is segregated for men and women, and there are temporary cabins which are set up depending on the time of year where you are able to relax in an enclosed space.

- This day-use bathhouse is on a hill overlooking Utoro Bay. The log-house style building is surrounded by trees, and is the perfect place to soak away the stress of travel. There are indoor and outdoor baths for men and women both, and they offer a view of Utoro Bay and the sun setting in the Sea of Okhotsk. The cozy building has a rest station and laundromat, so lots of campers staying at nearby Shiretoko National Campground come to wash up. It is open from June through October, and closed in winter.

日帰り入浴でおじゃましました。温泉は３８度弱の赤褐色のモール系のかけ流しの温泉で、少しつるりとする温めの湯にゆったりゆっくり４０分ほど長湯しました。気持ち良くて居眠りしそうになりました。泉質はナトリウム-炭酸水素塩温泉で、奥の高温湯は清掃中でした。

- A scenic hot spring district commanding views of Mt. Rausu and the Sea of Okhotsk located on the Shiretoko Peninsula, a designated World Heritage Site. Relatively new, the area was established as a hot spring district in 1972. The area boasts over 10 source springs and generates an astounding 1,000 liters of hot water every minute. Dark reddish-brown hydrogen carbonate springs and chloride springs are found in the district, and their waters are said to be highly moisturizing, resulting in smooth, soft skin post-bath. In winter, hot spring bathers can enjoy views of white snowscapes and ice floes, and during this time in particular the area bustles with many tourists.
