- This famous bar is in front of the Ishigaki city hall and has been featured in several magazines and local newspapers. Open the front door and you’ll be greeted by a hall bathed in blue light that looks like an underwater tunnel, with the calm atmosphere of the bar waiting just beyond. The cocktails use select ingredients produced on the Yaeyama Islands, allowing you to enjoy the rich natural tastes of Ishigaki Island.

- You'll know you've reached this cafe and bar when you see the red “Char Aznable” character from the Gundam series. Gundam is the theme of the establishment, as exemplified by the stylish white and silver décor. The dessert menu is extensive, and female patrons are sure to enjoy themselves as well. Non-alcoholic cocktails are also available. English conversation lessons and music events are regularly held as well. It's right next to Ishigaki City Hall.

- “HANAcafe” is located atop a hill offering a splendid view of Ibaruma Bay. The daily lunch special includes an appetizer platter and two main courses that you can choose from, and it also comes with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, and so on. Drinks, white wine, soup, and homemade bread are also available, and it’s all-you-can-eat-and-drink. The handmade loco moco dish is especially popular and is made using 100% Ishigaki Island-produced beef. Dessert is excellent as well. The design is based on a house from the TV animation “Heidi, Girl of the Alps” and features a garden with a wooden swing as well as goats.

- VANILLA-DELI is a café restaurant where you can enjoy a hamburger using 100% Ishigaki Beef. You will be pleased that there is a full menu including donburi (a rice bowl) and pasta other than the hamburger. The interior of the restaurant is a stylish space that is reminiscent of New York. The popular Gourmet Hamburger using Ishigaki Beef is a must-try. A range of drinks are also available.

Great variety of burgers to choose from, small but tasty salads, fish and ‘chips’ come with curly fries but chips were much nicer. Wings were a little tough. Cute Diner-esque decor.

Good chain restaurant that will give you a Good plate of crispy deep fried meat, rice and a tasty curry sauce. Cost is reasonable at about 1000 yen a plate and you shouldn’t be hungry afterwards...

『ついてる』はJA石垣から肉を仕入れ、観光地価格ではなく地元価格でステーキを提供することをモットーとしているそうです。 石垣島は石垣牛が有名ですが、どの店も価格が観光地価格と高く、良心的な値段で食べられるのは色々探しましたが、ここだけではないかと思います。 味に関しては詳しいことは分かりませんが、肉質は良かったです。

アボカドバーガーを注文。 提供時は3分割されて出てきましたが、せっかくなのですべて重ねて食べました。食べ辛いですが、ハンバーガー満喫出来て大満足でした。

石垣島のサンセットスポット=御神崎への道中にあるイタリアンレストラン。 建物は小振りですが、崎枝湾の絶景を切り取るような絶佳の眺望を楽しめました。 ランチはバイキング式サラダ、パスタ（2種から選択）＋ドリンクでお値打ち物。 派手な看板もないのに地元の方やお目当ての旅行者が次々と来店されていました。 あっという間に席が埋まるので予約必須。ベランダ席を予約すれば最高でした。
