- This shop and café is managed by Naogen Soysauce, a long-established soy sauce company founded in 1825. It is located in Ono Town, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. As a renovated old brewery warehouse that doesn’t let in any outside light, the interior of the shop has a unique atmosphere, where new and old mix. The shop contains products such as soy sauce, dressings and senbei crackers that have supported the food culture of Kanazawa. In the café space, customers can enjoy such things as dessert sets that incorporate soy sauce, coffee and Japanese tea.

外観は倉庫のようでおしゃれです。店内は高い天井で窓が大きいので開放的です。ただ店員さんがちょっと無愛想で残念でした。ロールケーキとても美味しかったです！
