    This is the third Japanese store of ‘Blue Bottle Coffee’ to open domestically and which brought a revolutionary change in Japanese coffee culture. The café is located in the shopping facility ‘NEWoMan’ in Shinjuku, Tokyo. It is said to be the representative of third wave coffee, and sells only coffee within 48 hours of being roasted. The inside of the glass-enclosed shop is bright and airy and you can enjoy the wonderful aroma of the coffee with light snacks. Some of the menu is limited to only the Shinjuku café. Take-out is also available.

The keys to the shop's delicious toast are the special bread that was developed by Ivorish over a half year period and the appareil made with a careful balance of eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla essence. Served fresh from the pan and redolent with maple syrup, the shop's French toast is crisp on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. Ivorish also offers season- and location-specific menu items topped with seasonal fruit and ice cream. The bare brick and warm wood interior of the restaurant creates a comfortable, natural atmosphere. Takeout available.

The closest stations are Shimbashi Station and Ginza Station.

    I waited almost 1 hour to order my food and they took another persons order which was only 1 person while I had 4 of my mates dying of hunger, this is very poor customer service 1 star review.

    A cafe located behind the Kabuki-za (theatre) in Ginza, Chuo City, Tokyo. In addition to coffee and other drinks, the shop YOU serves cafe standards such as Napolitan spaghetti, curry, and sandwiches. The cafe's omelet rice, in particular, has become its signature dish-sometimes lines of people will form out the door waiting just to enjoy the ketchup rice and perfectly half-cooked, fluffy omelet, still runny on the inside, served on top. The cafe's food dishes are also available for takeout.

    We really liked the food here. It’s very simple but delicious. The place is very small and unfortunately they allow smoking but luckily we were near the aircon so didn’t feel it as much.
