The decoration with condiments such as spring onion and ginger on a porcelain spoon is impressive.

This store is where you can eat omelets with fluffy eggs on taco rice, which originated in Okinawa in 1984. Taco rice, also known as an Okinawan soul food, is wrapped in fluffy and runny eggs, and you can select either sweet or spicy meat. While standard taco rice is on the menu, it is also possible to add toppings such as avocados, bacon or teriyaki chicken.

After spending time at the beach, taco rice always sounds refreshing. I found this restaurant as it was on the way back home. There is a large parking area nearby. When you get here, you order, pay...

This Okinawan pork restaurant cherishes the idea of eating pork raised on Yanbaru (northern part of Okinawa Island) in Yanbaru.
