- "This shop is located a short northeast of the Kinsukyaga cave spring on the south side of Miyakojima Island. The shop's signature product is its Miyako Uzumaki Soba, colorful dried noodles which are sold in round balls and wrapped in packages by color. Despite their vivid colors, these choice noodles do not use of any artificial colorings and are made by combining natural ingredients from Miyakojima Island and other areas in Japan with domestically produced wheat flour. Locals call them ""gurguru-men"" (""twirly noodles""). The noodles can also be purchased over the Internet, but those sold in this shop are available at straight-from-the-factory prices and the shop's selection includes exclusive products. The shop also sells honey and other products. In addition, on weekends, the shop operates a restaurant which serves shaved ice and lunch meals made with Miyako Uzumaki Soba noodles."
