Yaezen
Yaezen is a restaurant located on Prefectural Highway 84 in Namizato, Motobu District that specializes in Okinawan Soba noodles and other Okinawan cuisine. Yaezen has Okinawan standards such as Soki Soba, Tebichi Soba and a Goya Chanpuru set-meal, but it is most famous for its unique Ikasumi (Squid ink) Soba noodles (limited to a maximum of 10 servings per day). Another popular item is the Yae Gozen, which combines a small serving of Okinawan Soba noodles with several other types of Okinawan food.
