Horikawa is an Okinawan soba noodle shop, opposite Shuri Castle Park and near Josei Elementary School and Ryutan Pond in Shurimawashi Town. Their Okinawan soba noodles have a clear soup mixed with homemade noodles which are boiled after an order is received. The decoration with condiments such as spring onion and ginger on a porcelain spoon is impressive.

首里城近くの路地裏にある隠れ家的雰囲気のお店。開店と同時に入店しました。お店の入口で靴を脱ぐのが面白いと思ったのですが、後になってそういうお店が沖縄には多いのに気づきました。私は、『ソーキそばのBセット』を注文。沖縄そばとしては、かなり優しい味わい。人によっては、物足りなく感じるかもしれない。でも、お店の雰囲気も含めて再訪したいと思えるお店でした。
