A souvenir shop operated by the Kamenoi Besso high class inn in Yufuin, Yufu City, Oita Prefecture which sells signature foods and locally-made crafts. The shop’s jams, lovingly made with seasonal fruit primarily from Oita Prefecture, are popular for how the flavor and fragrances of the ingredients come through in the finished product. The winter only “yuzu-neri” jam is so popular it disappears from the shelves very fast but makes an excellent gift if you can get your hands on it. The interior of the shop, located inside a late Edo period merchant’s house, is charming and subdued.

Imabari towels are the highest quality towels in the world, and are distinguished by their production process in which the thread used to make them is bleached and dyed before the towel is made. This process is conducted using the abundant, high quality underground spring water of Mt. Ishizuchi, which produces the unique fluffiness and high heat insulating properties of Imabari towels. The ""yume -the soft towel-"" series is even softer, and their voluminous, fluffy feel is particularly popular."
