    T.Y. Harbor is a restaurant adjacent to a brewery along the Tennozu Canal. Its spacious, open interior is a remodeled warehouse. The terrace seating at the water’s edge evokes an elegant, American-style atmosphere. In addition to freshly brewed beer from the adjacent brewery, the restaurant offers soup and salad sets and vegetarian dishes at lunch during the week, while the weekend lunch menu adds burgers, pastas and pizza. The evening menu offers appetizers, pizza, and meat and fish main courses.

    This is a fresh seafood restaurant in Tomakomai, Hokkaido. Since it's so close to Tomakomai port, it's very popular for the Marutoma Bowl made with fresh seasonal fish, and Hokki Curry, made with Hokki clams of which Tomakomai has the largest catch. Not only are the meals filling and cheap, the fact that it's so popular with locals has made it a major tourist spot.

    You can pick out this yakiniku BBQ restaurant on Route 166 in Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture by its sign with the Japanese characters for grilled meat, chicken, and vegetables. They offer soft and juicy Matsusaka raised chicken marinated in their secret recipe miso sauce, chicken liver, and more that you eat right off the grill. Their stew packed with Chinese cabbage and chicken and their savory chicken and vegetable soup with white miso also comes recommended.
