    The 4 Chome outdoor market location of this popular Tsukiji sushi restaurant. Open 24 hours, its easily identifiable by the giant tuna sign out front. The restaurant holds tuna butchering shows year round and serves over 80 varieties of sushi at any given time. In addition to Pacific bluefin tuna nigiri sushi, the restaurant's full menu includes Tsukiji Marutake's delicious tamagoyaki omelets, grilled live abalone, stewed righteye flounder with roe, and arajiru fisherman's leftover stew. There are also a wide variety of money-saving sets as well as over 20 varieties of select sakes and shochu liquors.

    This is a Kakinoha-zushii specialty shop near the entrance of Higashimuki shopping district close to Kintetsu Nara Station. They serve many famous Nara specialties starting with Kaki no Ha Sushi, original sushi, and local sake. In the adjoining tearoom they offer Kakinoha-zushi set “Sushi A La Carte” and Jukushi (ripe persimmon) with a thick taste.

    The sushi was decent for the price. My friend and I both ordered the bento set which had a good amount of variety. It tasted a bit sweeter than most other sushi.

    This is a rotating sushi shop known for its queues, located on the 6th floor of the shopping center facility “Kanazawa Forus,” just a short walk from JR Kanazawa Station. It boasts fresh seafood delivered directly from Noto and Kanazawa fishing ports. Visitors can enjoy authentic sushi easily with the carefully selected ingredients from the water to boil the rice, rice vinegar and soy sauce. Although being a sushi train, there is a wealth of seasonal toppings unique to the Hokuriku area such as black throat sea perch, sweet shrimp, botan shrimps, firefly squids, Japanese amberjack, and crab, etc. There are also many table seats, and it is convenient for families and groups.

    Get ready for the wait before getting a seat but you will get a great Sushi experience. Quality and freshness is there with the added value of entertaining kids. They loved it as much as we did.

    This seafood restaurant is on National Route 28 in Hirota, Minami Awaji City. They offer fare featuring the seasonal flavors of Awaji Island and fresh fish straight from the harbor. Multi-course meals include Awaji Island conger eel, masu salmon, and sannen tiger pufferfish. They have raw sawara mackerel and raw baby sardine rice bowls, and sushi made with the best fish Awaji has to offer. Awaji Island 's finest grade red uni sea urchin is available a la carte on rice, as nigiri sushi, or sashimi style. They also have a multi-course meal with uni shabu-shabu.
