    This long-established restaurant is located approximately a 10-minute drive from the East Exit of Sasayamaguchi Station on the JR Fukuchiyama Line. It is known for its menu items that are unavailable at the main store. Popular dishes include their mackerel sushi, with big portions and full of fat, and Shishiniku Tororodon, with grated yams dissolved in miso with sweet and sour simmered wild boar meat over rice. The simmer boar meat is cooked for half a day, and goes perfectly with grated mountain yams. There is a tatami room in the quaint and calm shop, where you can enjoy the flavors of Sasayama while relaxing comfortably.

    久しぶりに篠山に来たので鯖寿司をと。東京ではあまり見かけない押し寿司。 丹波味まつりの最中で街は結構、賑わってます。JAで黒豆枝豆を入手してから向かいにある、みたけで昼食。うどんと鯖寿司3貫のセットで950円。関西に戻ってきたなあと、嬉しい気持ちになりました。

Particularly recommended is Ganko's signature sashimi assortment of fresh, seasonal seafood such as abalone and 250 kilogram Pacific bluefin tuna. The restaurant also offers a full array of a la carte dishes, such as teppanyaki, tempura, and Monde Selection Gold-certified homemade oboro tofu. The establishment has private dining areas with a view of a tasteful garden, and diners can enjoy their meal in a relaxing atmosphere.

    This restaurant and fishery specializing in amago trout is about a ten-minute drive from the Kita Kinki Toyooka Expressway's Aogaki Interchange. Amago is a river dwelling subspecies of masu salmon endemic to Japan. Run by the Ichinose Amago Farm, the facility lets visitors catch amago by hand, fish for rainbow trout, and dine on multi-course amago cuisine.     駐車場が狭く、車でいっぱいでしたが、中に入ると席は空いてました。定食を注文したのですが、サラダの量が明らかに少ないし、古っぽい野菜を使ってたように感じました。忙しくて時間ないかも知れませんが、酷い対応だと思います。

    阪急川西能勢口駅前のモザイクボックスの地下にあるチェーン店。 店内はゆったりとしています。 和食ファミレスですが味のレベルは高いです。 注文はタッチパネルでご飯の種類、多さ、みそ汁の種類など細かく選べます。 大戸屋ランチを食べましたがかぼちゃコロッケ、唐揚げ、サラダ、目玉焼き、ご飯、お味噌汁のセットでお腹いっぱいになりした。 楽天ポイントが使えるのも便利です。

    松茸づくしの料理は、土瓶蒸しや焼き松茸、天ぷらなどの定番から、もみじ鯛の刺身に焼いた松茸と蓴菜ポン酢を合わせたり、松茸の麹浅漬けや、豪華に三田牛と松茸のすき焼など、美味しさと驚きの連続です。質量の多さに、炊き込みご飯は持ち帰りでお願いしました。 これからの猪鍋シーズンにも出掛けてみよう。

    ご親戚の接待を受けて夕食をいただきました。お盆シーズンでもあって、予約満席。前菜からお刺身煮物揚げ物焼き物のほかにちょっとフレンチ風の添え物も、どれもおいしかったです。古民家を改築したような一軒家もよかったです。おすすめします。
